1ST EDITION | MBCR 40 RESULTS | 2026
The MBCR 40 was a 40-mile ultra marathon along a steady, winding route – long, quiet, and subtly demanding in the way only distance can be. With the sun out and the heat building through the day, it became less about pace and more about patience: settling in, adjusting, and simply keeping things moving mile after mile.
Runners each found their own rhythm under the conditions, sharing a mutual understanding out on the course that didn’t need much said.
What really stayed with the day was the atmosphere – warm, welcoming runners throughout, and volunteers who were consistently excellent, offering calm support, encouragement, and direction exactly when it was needed.
A straightforward but memorable day in the heat, defined by steady effort and shared experience.
